How can I check/ensure the availability of a particular
product?
Most of the products available on our site are in stock.
However, some products are personalized and may not always be in
stock. Please contact customer care for more details incase you
wish to know the availability of a particular product.
I have a problem with my order. (Order hasn’t arrived, is
defective/damaged)

How can I track the progress of my order?
Once you place an order, you may log on to your account to track
the account status. We will also keep you informed and updated
via email on the status of your order.
I want to change/cancel my order. How can I do so?
Please note, incase of same day or next day delivery, the
product order cannot be cancelled. Similarly, orders once placed
for a personalized item cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order for products other then
personalized items, made to order items and same or next day deliver items, kindly
intimate the customer care department within twelve hours of
purchase.
I would like to return my product. Please tell me how I can
proceed.
Perishable or fragile items, personalized items, made to order items and body
piercing jewelry once ordered may not be returned. Other items
should be returned in their unopened packaging within 15 days of
purchase, kindly contact customer service (contact@giftshoppingzone.com)
for our product return mailing address and other details.
I want to send the same products to multiple recipients.
Please add the multiple shipping addresses incase you wish to
send a product to multiple recipients.
I have ordered out-of-season flowers/fruits.
We try and make sure most of the products we display on our
website are in season, In some rare cases, however, we reserve
the right to substitute warehouse gift basket components and/or
containers with products of equal or greater value. All
hand-delivered products are filled to value by a third-party and
may vary by season and delivery location. We reserve the right
to substitute flowers of similar color, appearance, and value.
I am below 18 years of age, can I order from your website?
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to purchase
weapons or wine located on this website. We are not responsible
for illegal or inappropriate use of product, including but not
limited to damages resulting from improper use, illegal use, use
by minor representing himself as adult, etc.
How am I guaranteed that what you sell is real gold and gems?
By law, each jewel must be stamped with the manufacturer's
trademark. This stamp tells you that it is what it says it is.
If you still have doubts, take it to a certified jeweler and
have it examined.

How much do I have to pay for my shipping charges?
If your order total is,
- Below $20, there is a flat shipping charge of $6.95
- $20 - $50, there is a flat shipping charge of $5.95
- $50 - $75, there is a flat shipping charge of $4.95
- $75 - $100, there is a flat shipping charge of $3.95
- Shipping is free for orders over $100
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most of the orders are processed within 48hrs of purchase. Please note, shipping duration may vary from one
product to another. If you require special shipping, kindly
provide us with the necessary information in the "Comments Box"

What method is used to deliver my product?
We use U.P.S and U.S.P.S for ground shipping and DHL and Fedex
to ship perishable products.
How much tax is applicable on my purchase?
We do not charge you any sales tax.
Where does Gift Shopping Zone deliver to?
We deliver products all across United States. Please note, GSZ
does not deliver at any international or military locations and
hospitals. Deliveries to hotels are delivered to the front desk.
GSZ cannot be held responsible for non-delivery to guests. Since
we ship most products via UPS, we also do not ship to P.O boxes.
Any product containing alcohol or weapons will require an adult
signature.
If you are ordering wine, we may not be able to deliver to CO,
FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MS, NE, NY, ND, OK, PA, SD, TN
In the states of NY, MA, CA It is illegal to possess the
following items: cane swords and stick swords.
Verify the legalities of any item being purchased in your area
and or shipping location before ordering.

What are the payment options I have while shopping at GSZ?
We accept payments via Paypal and all the major credit cards
like Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. GSZ also
accepts international credit cards.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes, If you are paying with international credit cards or Paypal,
you will be charged in your local currency.
